First customer service rep you get after you wait an hour will tell you to wait another hour, second one said i had to wait at least 24 hours. Pros:Assuming you actually receive a registration code, $15 less than every other online retailer.Cons:After two attempts at purchasing the item and waiting 8+ hours for a code, I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Was told my order would need to be manually verified the next business day. No thanks.Overall Review:First order never got past 'Order Verification,' I was told this was likely due to the phone number associated with my account & payment method not matching the bank's file. On suggestion of customer support, cancelled the order, corrected the phone number and double-checked all billing info. Placed second order, waited two hours, nothing. Consulted customer support again, was told that order likely flagged for manual verification, they generously offered to expedite the verification, but conceded the order wouldn't be reviewed until next day (purchased on a Sunday).
